Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request withdrawal of your account balance, subject to our withdrawal terms and any applicable fees.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• All outstanding games will be completed or cancelled
• Your account balance will be processed according to our withdrawal policy
• We may retain certain information as required by law
• All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive

Appeal Process

If your account is terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting our customer support team within 30 days of the termination. We will review your appeal and may reinstate your account if we determine the termination was made in error.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Rummy 365 concerning the Service.

Severability
